Threadlocker permanent red 7004/7006

Mechanical locking devices (such as split washers, nylon nuts, flat washers) were invented to solve the common problem of loosening that happens in most threaded assemblies. In practice, the screw connection cannot be maintained under load, as assemblies “locked” with these devices often loosen under vibration, thermal expansion and/or improper torque.

The red, universally applicable one-component threadlock guarantees a permanent locking of screw connections. It hardens in the absence of air on all metals and alloys. Light soiling from oils and anti-corrosion agents is harmless. Breakaway torque on 3/8 x 16 steel: 34 Nm

Application:

1. For best results, clean all Surfaces(external and internal)
2. Shake the product thoroughly before use.
3. To prevent the product from clogging in nozzle, do not allow the tip to touch metal surfaces during application.
4. Apply several drops of the product on to the bolt at the nut engagement area.
5. Assemble and tighten as required.
